I havent found much to work. Those stupid typical stress management things tend to frustrate me more...breath deep...count to 10.lol. yeah right.
The one thing ive found is going to my room and hiding under the covers, something about being under the covers has soothed me since I was little. And on the rare chance I have an opportunity to at the time, taking a shower works for me as well.

Well. I used to make bread by hand. I would punch the heck out of the dough to realy fight the urges to cut.
Poetry was my favorite to ease the emotions tearing me up. I have been published and am now copyrighted also. Smiles.
I would also play music realy loud. I found underground gothic music helped to ease my mood. For some reason the beauty of some songs would ease my hurt.
Also I found by telling those I am with what I did helped alot when I was realy hurting and wanting to cut.
Cuddling realy helps.
As does giving myself a manicure or pedicure. Not with Nail cutters but emery boards. Then the nail polish thing. This realy helps to feel pretty.
Not sure if this helps but I hope it does.

Drawing/art about how i am feeling at that moment or/ how i want to feel

I have a huge thing with quotes... so i will look for new ones to inspire me or to articulate how i feel. Then to keep myself busy i will write them into my book and read all the other ones i have written at different times

I have a journal which used to be mostly for writing, but now is filled with more crafty ways to get out how i feel, Like cutting words out of a magazine and pasting them...

Really loud music like most of you

Having a bath

Making clothes

painting and rearranging my room ( it has been so many colours and different arrangments.) It's like atrating fresh for a while.

I wish i could say my anti- si is me like they do on the anti-drug comercials, or smoking ones, but I CAN'T!!!
I don't think I even have one.
It's time for me to find/ get one. That will be my goal for the rest of the summer. So by the end of the summer I should have one. Even though i hate goals that will be my goal. AT least i made this one up myself.
SO at the end of the summer i'll come back here and post my anti- si!

I've finally decide what my anti-si will be. Then again it can always change so maybe not finally, but for now.
My best friend Danielle. After all she is my anit-suicide. It olny seems logical. She been everything for me. I love her!
She means the world to me, so what not let her be my anti-si. Next time i feel lime cutting i'm gona write her a letter!

Sewing, crocheting, baking, or otherwise being "craft-y."
