ok, I'll join too. never blamed a cat cos I haven't got one (my falsely accused include brambles, percussion instruments and a screw in my cupboard door!)
...then one day I realised that the people you see in waiting rooms and car parks and on trains are really far more interesting. That they all have whole novels inside them, a fabric of scar tissues, photos and memories. They are comedies and tragedies and - more often - both at the same time.

Ok, a few days ago I was visiting my parents and my mum noticed some odd marks and asked if it was caused by a cat! could have just nodded & changed the subject but remembered my duty as a SHACA member...*replies rather lamely* Oh, er...no, i was, er...doing the washing up...cleaning this very sharp knife and it...er, slipped... Amazingly she believed me.

No particular reason for posting that, just wanted to share it with fellow SHACA-ers to let you know I'm supporting the cause.

I'll join, I could never blame my wonderful (declawed) kitten for my scars. Roman doesn't deserve that!

Can I join as well? I might want to try fix a logo, although I'm not good (at all) with any designing program on the PC.

Count me in!

Aye!

Blame the Barb wire fence, not the Cats!
The people actually believed me, they sat there looking at me like I was crazy. I'm going to have to have a tally of utter morons I meet. In the mean time, I'm going to the sue Barb-wire fences....

LOL!!! This is the first thing all week that has made me laugh. I love it.

I guess we all are a little alike and more ways than one. Poor cats, indeed.

And rose bushes. I've framed a lottttt of rose bushes.

A friend of mine did get clawed by a cat (no before you worry about him, it is true, someone saw it happen...)

I told him to tell people it was SI

tasteless joke I know but I couldn't resist it.
