I talked through my feelings with people so I feel not angry any more. Still hurt but the anger has subsided and I am glad I achieved that with my friends help. :1love:

did my laundry
emailed ex-counsellor about removing the 'ex' from that equation
kept stable mood all day

Pushed myself to go to my vol job... and liked it :)
And pushed myself to go to my app... and went for a nice walk with the fill in support worker around the river.

I went to my physics class, even if I didn't understand exactly what we're covering. The routine of going to class is important, at least. :)

I understood what we were covering in Economics, and got called "superb" :D
I spoke to a stranger, and sorta befriended her.

I got lots of chores done and I went outside a couple times including once just for no reason (well its sunny and sitting on the grass in the yard can be a reason :olol: 8) )

I managed to fix something to help out in a pinch even though I got nothing else done. The former was much more important than anything else.
