Getting through today without any work emergencies that will ruminate in my head until Monday.

Feeling like I actually worked for a change. I am beat. I even at a salad for lunch today. It was not the end of the world. Go figure.

I am grateful to be a survivor and not one that quit SU because I almost believed I had no future except being an offender or a out of control sex addict sinking in to vile of ever degrading porn.

I learned that those outcomes are the rare exceptions not the norm. You would believe like I did as a child based on the frame of reference based on what TV teaches male sexually abused children when they grow up.

Sorry I just could not leave what I originally wrote it was vague, ungrateful and incomprehensible. That and unfair to dogs. I love my puppy.

Thankful I don't have to give the drug talk any more since my daughters are now 18 and older. And the Sex talk OMG I just wanted to crawl under the bed and hide.
