I am proud of myself today because I kept it together when I had to go into town with my ex and her new gf.

i finally scheduled out my classes for spring semester!!! whoop whoop :disco:

i didnt SI last night even tho iu found my wristband
im getting out of the house (or having people over)
im only listening to happy music (in my case SKA)
cleaned the kitchen.
going to draw/paint before i get together with anyone.
i made an egg sandwhich instead of eating the mcdonalds that was left for me (i make a better sandwhich anyways!)

I wasnt feeling well so i told my placement id stay home so i could rest and get better. normaly i would just push myself at my placement and then id get a lot sicker. I decided to also think of others as i didnt want to get anyone elce sick. I felt it was important to think of the staff and the kids health too.
