I'm proud of myself today because....

because pink colour has been a trigger for me because i had no control and it was always a gift as an appology that lasted a day at most before the hurt started again...


anyways i am proud cause I was in control, coloured my nails pink because I had the choice and control over the colour and I was doing it for myself so I had a reason to think good about pink.

I have not SI'd in 4 days despite being very triggered and sleep deprived, which is usually when I slip

... even though I was feeling awful, triggered, depressed, and sad, I went to my yoga class anyway... I even put myself in the front row!

I added one new food and didn't panic
Instead of b/ping anymore, I went on a walk to the park

When I couldn't sleep last night because all I could think about was SI, I went to sleep and never acted on it

: I bought a new book today (getting new books makes me happy)

I drove through the busy part of town twice today, and driving really stresses me out, but I was okay.

im proud of myself today because:
i ignored the feeling to SI and it went away and i was able to be happy around my friends
i didnt panic too much over exams and other stuff going on at school
i comforted a friend
and i told someone when i was feeling rubbish. i didnt keep it to myself

I'm proud of myself because I walked away from a situation that could have escalated, I helped the environment (and my pocket) by recycling bottles and cans, I cut up a paper plate instead of myself, and I can still do an excellent arabesque even though it's been years since I was in ballet.

i'm proud of myself today because...

i made a new friend.

i texted a girl who i went to school with who i figured probably SI'd too. She said she still does and doesn't mind if we meet and talk about stuff. that makes me feel better.
