heres a great coping skill- reading (I recomend this book!)

tips on how to cope: dealing with your feelings, dealing with the consequences of self-harm in your life. share your ideas and maybe pick up some new skills, too. you don't have to want to stop to learn something new here.

~I think that its a great book!~

I recomend it for people suffering from Depression!

I deals alot wit depression, and some what with cutting!

Reading is great coping skill!!!

hey.. thanks for the suggestion.

i generally can't read si/depression related books if i'm feeling triggered, or have any feelings at all about si'ing.

i can normally read other books, if i can manage to concentrate long enough. but if it works for you, then i'm glad. :)
