These things helped me survive the psych ward.
They are metal balls, often covered with decorative enamel and usually with chimes inside.
They stimulate accupuncture points, sooth the mind and help you relax

ya! they have little bells inside and they make noise when they are rolled...they are cool...very helpful indeed!

I wonder how many people are saying "fine" when they're not.
