i am grateful and happy for
the beautiful sunrise this morning
for the people who want to help me
for being able to laugh at newspapers falling into the freezer
and my managers grandson covering himself and half the office in icecream
for the people who are in my life and trust me enough to tell me how they feel
thanks

My wooly hat and gloves so I can enjoy the snow

Meds that make me normal

Coffee and tea to warm my hands round my mug

My GP, cos he is a
Thanks
Love to all

And it's hey babe, with your guardian eyes so blue,
Hey my baby, don't you know our love is true,
I've been so far from here,
Far from your loving arms,
Now I'm back again, and babe it's gonna work out fine.

I am thankful for:

My wonderful Bf

My supportive friends

The roof over my head

My good health (physically)

My able body

My sight, hearing, touch, and sense of smell,

For dance

For being given a chance 2 keep trying at life
King Crimson - Epitaph
Between the iron gates of fate,
The seeds of time were sown,
And watered by the deeds of those
Who know and who are known;
Knowledge is a deadly friend
When no one sets the rules.
The fate of all mankind I see
Is in the hands of fools.
