My friends and family. I know it hurts them when I hurt myself. I have seen their faces after seeing my wounds or bandages, and I never want to put them through that again.

Also my Higher Power.

Clean & sober since July 14, 2012.
SI free since January 29, 2016.
Cigarette free since May 12, 2017.
