Mim's guide on depression

Post by carbonhawker » Tue Dec 24, 2013 12:46 pm

a little something I found and thought of this community. it's a person' home-made guide to depression and some of you may find it useful to help explain to others, i know i can find it difficult to explain to people sometimes
