i can't get decent dbt support

there's no decent dbt support (by that, i mean a group and therapist, and any outside help i may need)
for my borderline personality disorder.

I realise the importance of doing the group program, and having the in-person support (I've done the DBT program), but have you considered starting to do some reading online? A quick google search brought back a few results which seem to go through the program completely online.
This one in particular looks quite good. Each of the modules have their own page, and looks quite detailed.

It might be a place to start, until you find a way to access the program in person. Just a thought.
