struggling

I have been SH free for awhile now but here lately i have been having trouble with urges to SH. i keep finding myself doing things like digging my nails into my arms without really thinking about it. help! :shakehead:

What do you mean by journalism it? And I cleaned out the places with peroxide this morning :(
