I feel okay
I feel productive

Happy that it has been 5 years since I last SI'd. I stopped doing it and now I vent if something is bothering me to someone. :disco: Also been starting to have a healthier diet by watching what I eat and how much of it. I didn't want to go on some fancy diet where I'd starve myself or purge.
I will survive

I know I'll stay alive
I've got all my life to live,
I've got all my love to give, and I'll survive
I will survive

Somehow the wires uncrossed
The tables were turned
Never knew I had such a lesson to learn
I'm feeling good from my head to my shoes
I know where I'm going and I know what to do
I've tidied up my point of view
I've got a new attitude!

anxious.

:blkstar: after-effect of making a phone call, waiting for someone to ring me back, waiting for a counselling appt to be made.
:blkstar: neighbours making noise that sounds like someone on our property.
:blkstar: waiting for a different phone call to let me know when work is starting again, but i'm worried about starting work and managing to get there at the right times.
:blkstar: have study to do for an exam, don't know if i can handle the exam or getting to the exam (2+hrs travel each direction).
:blkstar: want my sister to come home but really prefer to be alone at the same time. am not sure when she'll arrive so i'm anxious about it.

(i'm going to find out the approx time for my sis arriving, look up the transport for my exam and do a little study)
