scars are tattoos with better stories
it's hard to answer the question whats wrong, when nothing is 'right'
Not all scars show. Not all wounds heal. Sometimes you cant always see the pain someone feels

good stuff

I did not reply to a very rude and silly email from someone. I chose to let it go because it wasnt worth bringing myself down.

I organized my papers keeping them from getting out of control. Put items back in my filling cabinet

I have my mental health symptoms under control and only went into the hospital for them once in my life! That's pretty good considering other people my age go in for the same things I suffer from all the time!
I will survive
Oh as long as I know how to love
I know I'll stay alive
I've got all my life to live,
I've got all my love to give, and I'll survive
I will survive

Somehow the wires uncrossed
The tables were turned
Never knew I had such a lesson to learn
I'm feeling good from my head to my shoes
I know where I'm going and I know what to do
I've tidied up my point of view
I've got a new attitude!

I found ways to put myself into a better mood instead of spiralling into a dark and destructive mood. Also I am not ashamed to admit that I still have some work to do in order to continue to improve my mood. I am focusing on what is good and what is realistic in terms of goals and objectives for this coming week.

I did something last night that was very difficult for me and I don't feel as ashamed as I thought I would for the way my life went.
