an auger is a device that is used to dig a narrow shaft like hole. it is like a regular shovel but it has two shovel heads and the handle has cross bars so you can turn it to dig.

I think my brain is melting, either from being angry earlier or the frequency of buzz on the phone at the medical clinic.

basicaly I feel pain. my head hurts so much I can't hear. Think its sinus though.

Not all scars show. Not all wounds heal. Sometimes you cant always see the pain someone feels

(edited to get rid of details) Basically I've had a bad evening.

Instead of focusing on all that I will:
-get a glass of water and take some painkillers
- wash my face
- have a bath
- try and get 500 words written in the next 45 minutes
- watch downton abbey
- go to bed

Hopefully I will return to my normal self in the morning and have a productive day.
