I didn't get upset about not being able to go swimming [my own fault, I know] and I organised something else for us to do instead :D

I'm proud of myself today because even though I was feeling a bit down I didn't pull any manipulative crap on my boyfriend I just told him how I was feeling and what I needed. And although I did feel the separation anxiety when I left his place, I didn't let it overwhelm me.
