I went to a friends house for a barbeque and didn't complain about eatin once, I just ate like 'a normal person' and didn't feel guilty or felt like I'd binged or anything

I didn't SI this morning even though I got worked up enough to do so.
I had a very good lunch (even for someone without food issues) and didn't freak out over it - I finished the first part and said I wanted more, so I had more and loved it

I didnt have to be anywhere but i got out of bed and got dressed anyway.
this is a real acomplishment as i am a slug and have been known to stay in bed for days on end getting up only to pee or eat.
