im proud of myself because i havnt SIed yet, and i dont think i will. This is a step in my progress, and means im getting better.

I'm retroactively proud of myself for yesterday when I PM'ed a moderator on another forum about a person whose posts were bothering me and making me feel unsafe. :redstar:

on page 1 i noticed that someone had the idea of congratulating the person above u before saying why u were proud..
and i thought that was a really neat idea..
it seems to have died out tho..

im proud of myself cos i havnt restricted. even when i felt sick, i made sure i ate a sensible amount.

i didnt SI last night
i got a good sleep
im dressed and not hanging out in my pjs.
i plan to go for a walk
i feel more at ease then yesterday
i plan to see the bf, and maybe tell him how i was feeling yesterday and how close i came to SI
im going to try to find ways to communicate better about my feelings with a select few friends..
i may make art today
calling a friend when i felt like i was falling into a hole of not talking to nayone for a long while
even though it was yesterday i stayed on bus till my urges went down a bit
its sunny!


these are alot of not yets but hey, its something
