i went into the basement and worked out until i fell over...not the best idea but it helped

* the last time i did last week was a slip and another time would mean i'm going back to relying on it. i wanted to keep counting past 10 months and not start back at 0.
* i wanted to cut which would mean having to hide my arms again in hot weather.
* i didn't want to have to explain it to my sister and feel her disappointment and worry.
* i thought maybe i was thinking about it in response to my feelings so i tried to figure out what i was actually feeling and what i could do about that.

-i don't want to start over, almost at 1 year free
-i need to feel and deal with the emotions and not store them and use them negatively
-b/c i know that i can do better and people DO care for me even though it may not feel like it
