sad... i feel sad that everything changes, and that i can't seem to keep up. i want to be able to cope with change but change brings stress about letting go of the old and stress about the new and stress about stressing, and it all gets overwhelming.

lonely... everyone is too far away cos my own defenses keep them there and i can't really help it. i like being alone most of the time but sometimes i'm more aware that i'm alone and of it's negative side affects.

scared, anxious, ashamed, self-hate, frustration, tiredness...
