i went to rehearsal even though I felt awful

im proud of myself cause i went and found out why i was sick with a high fever and now im feeling better cause of the meds for the kidney infection

I'm proud of myself today because even though I am in the throes of what I believe to be a very terrible feeling bipolar mixed state, I showered and ate something this morning.

I did not get angry at anyone.
I did not cut up my arms even though I really wanted to.
I lived through the day.
I talked to friends about a problem I'm having.
