every moment I have this voice in my head that just yells at me and points out my flaws all day. The voice in my head that stands up to the yelling one also hates me. I think I'm insane.

as of now. as i of now i promise to do it. ill be strong and wont give in. ill starve. and ill do it as a protest. cos i wanna make you listen. please jesus. please jsut take me. but until he does. my life is going to be a protest to you. so you can see the damage you cause. just this time it will be physical - not just emotional.

the only way I'm able to relax this holiday and eat what I want and not care is because I know that I'm going to restrict once I'm back home. Other people are losing weight around me and that simply isn't okay. I'm getting fatter whilst they're getting thinner. I need my control back.
