self-care links, anyone?

Post by random » Sun May 03, 2009 8:55 pm

Not sure if it's the right forum (if not, feel free to move...), but:

Does anyone have links to pages that have tips on how to take care of oneself (its not called "oneself", is it..?)? I'm thinking something like this book, but webpages instead. I dont know, like anything kinda encouraging to do pleasant things or something

I'm not sure what words to google or how to search (and the self-care link in the "coping resources"-thread in here did'nt work), so if anyone have some search advice, that would also be welcome :o)
