i am getting really fucking mad as i think about the stuff that happened at school.
i was bullied fairly badly from 11-15 and its making me reaaally mad to think about it, but i cant stop thinking about it. i've just been looking at some pictures on facebook and one of the people who bullied me was in a couple of the pictures, and its just making me so fucking angry to think about what happened.
what can i do to deal with this?

write them a letter? even if you never intend for them to see it and you burn after writing. express your anger in it. use bad language. shout and swear. let them know how awful the bullying made you feel. how much you hate them. be mad. get the anger out. don't direct it at yourself as you don't deserve that as you didn't do anything wrong. direct it at the source of your anger. and then try and let go (easier said than done, right?) it's in the past and yeah, i can imagine it was terrible, but don't let them have an impact on your life any longer. x

What Amyfairy said. I like her suggestions. THat must have been hard for you. Let yourself feel whatever you feel about it. DOn't hold it in or take it out on yourself. Here if you want to rant or pm me or anything. That must have been very hard for you.
Here if u want.

thanks for your replies i only just remembered this thread!
I tried writing them a letter, but all I could say was.... swear at them for makin my life like this. I thought I was over this. maybe it's something I can focus on in my counselling.
