I am proud of myself today because:

I had a good first day at IOP
I have been able to fight my many urges today
I have gone almost the entire day without thinking about my ex
I have cut back on the amount of cigs I have smoked
I have been able to listen to songs that I used to associate with my relationship without freaking out

I guess today I have a lot to be proud of.

thanks! Yesterday was good for me, the night was not so good, because I had a slip, but I am not beating myself up too much.


I am proud today because I have been doing things to make me feel better, and doing things for myself.

I didn't even notice that I'd got through the 24th of July without cutting....and somehow that makes it better, because its shows I didn't even give it a second thought.
I'm proud of that :)

Yesterday, I'm proud because I left the house when I reeeeally did not want to see the world.

Today, I'm proud because I saw some friends for the first time in ages and didn't panic.
