calm (because of pills I took)

anxious in the back of my mind thinking about a quiz tomorrow, going to school in general, eating, going to work, and what I'm going to do with my future

sad because I miss my grandmas...one died and one lives away from me now and I wish so much that she'd move back in with us and live with me because she's always someone I can talk to

frusterated because I feel like I'm fighting a constant battle with my ED and no matter how hard I try it feels like I can never win and always will slip back into the negative thoughts.
