Just needed to cry, haven't done for a while but need to now. Its cry or SI for me so crying is the easiest option. :bawl: :bawl:

Okay, trying... trying... but so overwhelmed. I don't want to SI so I'm typing on here! Couldn't find the actual crying emoticon either!

The anxiety's so bad my hands are numb (like being asleep), and it's taking my breath away. HAVE to get back to work... just needed a faux-cry (can't do it here!).

If I cry on here, is it like I'm really crying? I don't physically cry--only if someone VERY CLOSE dies, or when I was with my daddy-in-law at the Mayo Clinic when he was diagnosed with totally non-treatable cancer this past Spring--and when I had to tell my husband that his father was dying. :argggh: (Where the poop do you find that emoticon that is the crying one?)

I'd love to have a good cry. My dad was mean enough that I refused as a child to give him the satisfaction of my crying--so I stopped. Maybe it would feel good...
