Hello I am new to this section of the forum. I have not posted in here before. I would like to include some of my coping skills that helped me in the past that can help others. Can people help me on what to say in here as I have no idea what to begin with.
I may be a christian but I dont Judge.

if you want to say what helps you then only you know that maybe you don't know yet what works for you or why?
do you have activities you like doing? certain games, books, music, crafts...
when you aren't urgy but want to cope with feelings, what do you tend to gravitate towards?
are there people in your life that you care about or care about you? letters, sms's, phone, im or in person conversations can all help some of the time. as well as gifts to/from them, mementos of them or of times you spent together.
do have cbt or dbt exercises you do?
hope that helps
