The only person I yelled at was a telemarketer. I got my older kids to nap. I didn't freak when my husband changed his work schedule again and I almost had to cancel another p-doc appointment. Good day!

Worked all day and I've nearly completed first two parts of my coursework that has to be in tomorrow. I didn't think I could do it but I did. :-)

scars are tattoos with better stories
it's hard to answer the question whats wrong, when nothing is 'right'

I'm proud that i made a list of things i needed to talk about in counselling, instead of just losing those thoughts and forgetting their importance and so i wouldn't have to bring them up in the session.
