to be hoinest, believe it or not, filling out random questionnaires on random sites and email is pretty darn good for distraction.

Ended up at a place called "Hellman Tor" and sat staring at the views. I will psot some pictures now, it really helped calm me down quite a bit.
Do you think in the future, if you can't go there, you can look at the pictures and try to recapture the feeling of calm?

as weird as it sounds discussing something as trivial as pet names is actually a good time killer and a distraction of sorts as well.

Im finding t ahrder and harder to cope now. I am getting more and more down and I am starting to feel that the only way forward is to seek professional help.
But that is something that petrifies me.
Its hard. It really is.

Hi final star.

Seeking professional help is a brave and very wise step in my opinion. It has been very beneficial for me. It is hard to take that first step and I know you can do it. What are some of the things that you think will be hard about it/might get in the way? Maybe you can think about some ways to work around some of the difficulties and make the process easier on yourself.

If you want to talk/have questions, feel free to PM me. I'll be watching this topic, but I check PMs really frequently.

Take care. :star:

I have taken my firs step towards help, have been to the GP and they have put me on some anti depressants. The doctor (was reqally nice) was asking me aobut whether or not i would want counselling, and the real answer, is im not sure.
Part of me really really wants it, but the other half doesnt want to open up about anything and wants to continue bottling things up, coz then, its my fault and no one elses when i dont feel better.
realistically, I know that is compeltely stupid and irrelevant but nevertheless i cant help but think of it like that.
i dunno. I am recently entered a relationship and hopefully i can go to him when I am feeling down. We have been friends for around a year and i have felt tht down in that time i have confided in him and he is deeply understanding.
Hopefully this is just another way for me to cope.
thanks B and Hi ashley.
