well done passingcloud! I can personally relate. I struggle in maths and hardly ever study... I just hate it! Understanding maths feels good

Today I am proud of myself because I made it in group therapy even through I was feeling bad about my SI slipup.

I think I'm doing fairly well in my classes.

I have not gotten into a real argument with my roommate.

I've eaten more in the last couple days than on the previous days.

I'm learning to deal with my emotions in more positive ways.

I've *not* been having serious or sustained suicidal thoughts recently.

I've gotten things done (financial, housing, storage things...).

I'm keeping myself off places and not falling into the guilt trip I've set up for myself by coming here (bus)... I need sleep. I will see how my friends are doing when I am well-rested and done with finals.
