No IRL

I'm disintegrating. Oh not on the outside, I'm still bubbly, eating, not si-ing, I'm sleeping etc. But inside I feel like I'm crumbling down and away. It hurts to keep the pretence but it would hurt more to tell some-one how I feel right now. Not that I even know how I feel. I almost want help, but I don't know what for :-?
