24hrs without.

A few days ago that would've seemed insignificant but it's been such a weird couple days that just making it another night without slipping seems great

I told someone how I felt and what about what he said yesterday pissed me off, eventhough I knew it would hurt his feelings a little bit.

Also I didn't get angry at my therapist at our last meeting.
