So i'm new to this site and i was refered here by a friend. Anyways this is a good thing i have been SI free for 9 days. I have 21 more days to go to reach my goal of one month harm free.

i've found a lot of support and ideas here so i'm sure you will do the same and be able to meet your goal. it's excellent that you have set that goal and are working towards it. make sure to take it one day at a time so that you don't feel overwhelmed
