at the minute, my way of getting rid of the feelings isdoing the "natalie cassidy" fitness DVD

it leaves me really refreshed, takes my mind of everything, and it also allows me to feel good becuase i have done sometng healthy for me

exercise is meant to be a really good boost, i've used the gym a few times when i'm really triggered and found it very useful

That's really awesome :)

Not only does it keep you fit (which is a good point in taking care of yourself) but no SI as well!

Congrats on the awesome coping mechanism!

that's excellent, exercise always makes me feel better. I've been thinking about getting a fitness dvd. what does anyone recommend?

I used to live like not even a block away from my virgin active. So whenever i felt urgy or things weren't going great at home with my parents fighting and all- i'd just dissapear to the gym for an hour or so. It was like my place of refuge. lol-- the staff know me so well. i love it here...
