wierd

Post by Spidey » Sun Jan 27, 2008 5:21 pm

it's wierd.

i haven't purged in almost two years. it will be two years sometime late spring (i can't remember the date).
i have not self-harmed in six months. january 30th will be my six month free date.
my depression/anxiety/manicness is manageable. i'm not on any medication for it.

i dunno. i almost want to say "does this mean i'm normal now?" but uh...normal is a bad word.

i think i'll just sit here and listen to 10years after and enjoy the retrospective i'm going through right now :o
there is, in the end, the letting go.

That's great! Congratulations! I am really happy for you. This actually makes me feel very good, because I know that there's hope to get better.

Yes, normal is not a word I'm encouraged to used either. I don't think anyone is ever normal. I'm really glad your doing relatively well, though. I'm really glad your depression/anxiety/manicness is manageable.

Great! We need to remember our victories! I don't know about you but I always seem to remember my mistakes.

I guess it will seem weird, because you're not used to it. But remember being 'normal' doesn't make you not special and not amazing in your own right.

That's fantastic, I'm so glad to hear you're doing so well. You must be a very strong person to have overcome all that. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you continue doing well.
