Because once I start again, I'll have to go through the stopping process again. I'm not sure if I can do that again.

I had a long talk with the Marilyn Manson poster I have on my wall, and i got to thinking about something else, and I guess I just decided against it for the moment. ...plus I always feel so guilty about it later...

My tools are gone--- :x
The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

The last time I wanted to SI I didn't because the guy I'm seeing was here. I couldn't do it and risk upsetting him.

wel... you know the suggested coping mechanism about putting your finger in a frozen food- well the ice-cream was sort of screaming "EAT ME"... got preoccupied trying to get finger out of the ice-cream and find a spoon.

1. visiting family in a couple of days, I don't want to take any risks
2. I fell asleep (tiredness is good, sometimes!!)
...then one day I realised that the people you see in waiting rooms and car parks and on trains are really far more interesting. That they all have whole novels inside them, a fabric of scar tissues, photos and memories. They are comedies and tragedies and - more often - both at the same time.

because when i finally stopped listening to music and finally felt enough urges to SI, it was so much effort to get the tool sorted out and get everything I needed to SI safely I didn't want to put my life at risk, and I was too tired as well :)
