This is a radio station I found which has helped me feel better, and it's called Chill Radio. Doesn't play anything heavy, just light, relaxing music and you can see yourself i another relaxing world of your own, whatever that maybe.

http://www.helpmechill.com/ I wouldn't say this is a good thing to listen to when you are feeling angry, but if you feel a bit down then this in bed with a hot chocolate or something really makes you feel better.
You can also get this in DAB Digital Radio if you have one

i listen to chill late at night before bed, it plays some lovely soft pieces. really reccomend it for anyone who wants to relax and stop worrying.

Also on this station the best times to listen to it is when the "Chiller Cabinet" is on, that is Tuesday and Thursday 10pm-midnight, and Saturday and Sunday 2-4am (all UK times) and it almost sounds like the waves of the ocean at times and the music seems like almost nothing but it puts you in another world of relaxation and calm. For me it works perfectly with hot chocolate
