i went out and was social today. i introduced
myself to a couple of people when i was
feeling really nervous. twas a simple thing
but made a big difference. :wink: :star:

i went to the gym early this morning for an hour and a half, even though all i wanted to do was sleep, and then went a really relaxing bikram yoga session

i smalltalked today in class... actual smalltalk... the one thing i don't ever know how to do... granted i didn't start it, but i kept it going till the teacher call the class to order...
