If you can, cozy up in a nice blanket, and read or watch a favortie movie. I sometimes find laying in bed watching a show I really get into puts me in a haze and makes it easrier to fall asleep. Also low lighting tells your brain its time to sleep, cell phones, and computer screens are not the places to be. Best of luck.

they say for some people, its easiest to fall asleep when you use the bed ONLY for sleep. dont use your bed for other purposes, so that you associate the bed with sleep only.

best of luck.
