I'm proud of myself today because of just instead of going ahead and cutting like I wanted to do I came on BUS and went on Before and After, and answered the Before questions, and that helped me to stop wanting to cut for now anyway... :)

I'm proud of myself because I wanted to punch a kid in my class in the face.. and instead I worked on my glider for drafting class..

I'm proud of myself today because I went to see a special outpatient nurse at the phosp to help me work on coping with my mental illness that has flared up to help me out of going IP. I'm proud of myself because I'm working so hard at coping.

Today I am proud because I managed to get through a presentation in college that I was really worried about. And it seemed to go okay too. :)

I'm proud of myself today because yesterday evening I recieved a phone call from a friend in my therapy group in a crisis, and I was able to help her even though I am going through a difficult time myself, and she told me that I had helped her feel better! :)
