I'm proud of myself because I'm back on my Weight Watcher's diet after going off of it on vacation and I'm proud of myself for going for a 40 min walk even if it was with my Mom, part of it was by myself and it was scary for me!

I'm proud of myself today because I made an effort to go for a walk all alone...

i convinced someone not to perform to backing tracks
KEEP MUSIC LIVE!

I'm proud of myself today because I ate breakfast!

Which is not natural for me to do, but I know is a healthy thing to do! And I am trying to do it everyday now!

i found a ***** (potential tool) that I didn't know I had - it was sitting in the back of the cupboard - and was feeling pretty triggered already...but I got rid of it straight away.

i talked to someone in person today about how bad i've been feeling, and i cried and got some of it out. it's hard for me to trust people, and i didn't want to go anywhere today, but i made myself go fax some papers regarding school loans which i'd been putting off, and i talked to someone in person about how sad i've been feeling, allowed myself to be "seen" and vulerable.

I'm proud of myself today because I opened up alot(even cried!) to my relatively new case manager and didn't freak out after she left.

I got through a really terrible flashback yesterday, I had help, but even with help it was hard, it was so real and scary.
