Something that relaxes me.

I often find when i am stressed out, having self harm urges that going onto this really helps me.

It's basically a live broadcast from a waterhole in Botswana. Nothing terribly interesting usually happens, maybe a few antelope or wild cats walk by, but i find the noise very relaxing. So i just switch on that site, turn up my speakers, and let the sounds play over what i am doing. Just listening to the birds, insects, and other wildlife helps sooth my emotions.

Just thought i would share.. It may help to have a fast-ish internet connection for this though otherwise the clip will keep on buffering, which isnt quite as relaxing.
