Tired
Stressing out at how much preparation I have to do for work tomorrow
Proud of myself that I was there for someone this morning who really needed me

Relieved I got through yesterday, but so scared.

lonely. bored. craving.
You write such pretty words
But life's no story book
Love is an excuse to get hurt
And to hurt

hey folks

i understand that this is a place where you can say how you feel to let it out, and many a time everyone has negative feelings, but i am wondering if this thread could be used for some positive feelings as well?

to cope means to try to substitute something positive, something sustaining, for something that is negative and therefore bad and unsustainable. one of the focuses of this forum is to get you to look to creating a good place for yourself.

i would like everyone to step back for a moment and think of a good feeling that they have. even in the midst of negativity we can have at least one bright spot in our lives - so even if we feel fat, annoyed, ugly etc, we can also feel hopeful, determined, something. feelings are a chain and yes, they are connected, but you can feel different emotions for different things.

this is not to say that you can't post negative feelings if you have them -- i am saying to give a thought to challenging yourself to find a positive feeling.
there is, in the end, the letting go.

drained again...

apprehensive and i don't know why...

but then again...

energetic,

and hopeful...
