Emergency Box

Post by Callisto » Fri Mar 10, 2006 1:00 am

I'm thinking about starting to create one when I go home, with my bf's help, but I have some questions.

1) What is the idea behind an emergency box? (i vaguely know what it is, but i just want to make sure)

2) What sort of things do you generally put in them?

Anything that cheers you up and/or distracts you is what you should collect and put in the box. Everyone will have different items depending on what works for them.
