i am proud of myself today because even though i felt like $#@! when i woke up, i didn't give in to it, i tried to reach out for help thru spirituality, and then i got myself up, and did what i needed to do. and i ended up having a good morning with my son despite how awful i felt upon waking.

I'm proud of myself that even though my day was hell (with the exception of lunch).. I grasped onto that one good thing then and made it though the entire day without harming myself.

Good job everybody!!!!

-I'm proud of myself because I managed to keep him off my mind for most of the day and when he was on mind or when I talked about him it was mostly positive. Thats a big improvement.
-I just thought it and I think I was actually happy today (for the most part. I did get mad in Wal-Mart because of too many people but we all know how Wal-Mart is so that doesn't count.

i'm proud of myself today because i got out of bed when i still wanted to sleep and got to my T appt. i am proud of myself for having sore shoulders cos i carried home heavy shopping last night and i dealt with the frustration (and pain) without si.

I'm proud because I cant find any feelings (through I search and search) for a former "lover" i happend to have sex with on new years eve (two days ago). I thought I would have some sort of "affection backlash" it it ever happend again, but no, it was just realy good sex.

I'm proud of myself for two reasons today..

-Even though I was nervous as hell before Musical auditions, I did not smoke one cigarette.. so that's 16 days for Dani.

-I think I did really well in auditions, and I'm really happy about that!

I am proud of myself because
I broke down and still:

1. I'm getting better at being truthfull and asking for help when I crack.
2. When I ran away and hid to cry I was still able to let both my boyfriend and one of my friend hear me through the door.
3. I really kept breathing whilst I cried.
4. I let my boyfriend enter the room even when I hadn't composed myself.
5. I let him see me break down again.

Then we all helped eachother, got some work done. We took today of from the essay and went to the movies (King Kong)
