I’m so confused (Help!) anyone
This is probably really stupid but I was hoping maybe some1 could help me
I have been trying 2 stop cutting since the beginning of the school year and for a while it was going great and I lasted about a month. But than last week I ended up cutting myself and ever since I haven’t been able 2 really avoid cutting or if I do I end up being in a really bad mood and not wanting to be around people untill I SI again. And I don’t no what to like I really want to be able to avoid SI but than I also don’t to be bitchy and in a bad mood all the time

You can't just expect yourself to cut out SI from your life completely just like that. SI is a coping mechanism, you have to replace it before you can function properly without it.
I'd encourage you to find someone you can talk to and deal with the problems you cope with by cutting. Once you understand why you SI, it will be easier to combat your behaviour & the feelings you get from going without it.

Don't beat yourself up for slipping. Just acknowledge that you slipped, that it might happen again, but you're not going to let it deter you from your goal. A month is really good, and when you feel like cutting, just think back to how good you felt when you weren't cutting.

for there you have been,
and there you long to return..."

Congrats on not SI-ing for a month!
A little advice from me. Right now, I haven't cut for 10 MONTHS. And it's been a mixture of good times and crappy times the whole way. You're not perfect, and no one should expect you to be perfect. I've been able to improve because 1) I got help from several people: my therapist, my psychologist, my friends and my teachers or peers; 2) I went through therapy and I'm on meds; and 3) because my friends have never let me down, and still support me. The next time you have an urge, TELL SOMEONE. I'm not sure about your home-life, etc, but tell someone. Talk to your guidance counselor at school, your friends or close relatives, or even call up one of the national teen hot-lines. It's okay if you sometimes 'fall', but remember that you can always get back up again. PM me if you ever need to talk.

Love is what makes us thrive; it is as vital to us as water and air. Without it, we are nothing.
