You should know you help

Well, this would be embarrassing, but its anonymous so YAY to the online entity visade. B.U.S. kats, reading things here helped me out. I haven't cried while sober in 14 years, tongiht I was able to. May seem odd, but it really matters to me. I know it may not have a direct influence on my SI problem, but I know I can cry now. It'll help alot with leaving a bottle behind.

It wasn't a somber session either, not hardly, just something comfortable. To elaborate, I don't really say much, well nothing personal anyway, usually that resulted in people not understanding when I needed them to.

I guess I'm just saying that this IS SUCH a worth while community (I will visciously thumbwrestle anyone who says otherwise), and truly I thank you.
