
My T gave me a homework assignment. Every day I have to write down something positive that happened and 'connect' that to myself.
For example: people were smiling at me today, that is because I was feeling really positive.
When something negative happens I can write that down too, but then I have to find a reason outside myself. For example: my mother and I had a fight but that was because she was really tired today.
The only problem is that I'm going on vacation on friday, for a week, so unless I find an internet cafe there will be no messages from me that week. But when I get back I'll post something for every missed day.
The point of this exercize is to give me more self-confidence.
